Brightnix Refund Policy

We start each project after careful planning. Once the process begins, our team invests hours in research, strategy, and execution. That is why refunds are limited to certain situations.

When Refunds Can Be Requested

You can ask for a refund if:

We did not start your service within the agreed time.

You paid twice by mistake.

There was an error in billing.

The service you ordered was not delivered, and no work has been shared.

If any of these apply, send us an email within 7 days of your payment. Mention your reason clearly. Attach any proof that supports your request.

When Refunds Are Not Provided

Refunds are not possible in these cases:

If work has already started.

If you did not give us the needed information on time.

If your campaign has started running.

If our team has sent reports, strategies, or any form of progress.

If you change your mind after we begin work.

Some services like SEO, SMM, or ads take time to show results. We can’t guarantee exact outcomes, as these depend on search engines, competition, and market shifts. This is why refunds do not apply to ongoing campaigns.

How Refunds Work

If your request qualifies, here is what happens:

Write to support@brightnix.com within 7 days of payment.

We will check the details and verify the claim.

You will get an update within 10 working days.

If approved, we will refund the amount within 7-10 business days through the same payment method.

Can We Fix The Issue?

We prefer to help you before moving to refunds. If you are unhappy, let us know. Our team can review the work, offer improvements, or suggest better options.

Service Cancellations

If you want to stop an ongoing service, tell us at least 5 days before the next billing. Cancellations don’t qualify for refunds if work has been delivered for that period.
